vegan chocolate "buttercream" frosting


ingredients:
  • 1 stick vegan margarine
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
instructions:
  1. whip margarine until light and fluffy.
  2. add remaining ingredients and whip in a mixer until pleasantly fluffy
  3. frost away
