ingredients:
- 1 pkg chopped frozen spinach, drain all water!
- 1 small onion chopped and sauteed in butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- celery salt, pepper, nutmeg and salt to taste
- 6-8 oz. grated swiss cheese
- pie crust
instructions:
- prick the bottom of the crust with a fork, and brush with egg white.
- line bottom of crust with a thin layer of cheese
- blend remaining ingredients, pour into crust
- top with remaining cheese
- bake at 375, until slightly set, or nice and brown on top.
