ingredients:
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 medium green peppers
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1-2 tbsp chili powder
- good pinch pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 c. dry TVP (textured vegetable protein)
instructions:
- saute onion and green pepper in oil
- add everything else
- simmer together for 20 minutes.. eat... yumm..
